Clemmie gives general information about products, based on label data and the preferences you set. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified health professional.
Talk to a professional
If you are managing a health condition, are pregnant, or are making significant changes to your diet, speak to your GP or a registered dietitian. Clemmie's scores are a starting point for reading labels, not a treatment plan.
Allergies need the physical label
Allergen warnings in Clemmie depend on ingredient data from public databases and manufacturers. That data can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and it cannot reflect cross-contamination in manufacturing. If you have an allergy, always check the physical label on the product before eating or using it. Never rely on Clemmie alone.
Estimated data
Where label data is missing, Clemmie may show an estimated profile, clearly marked as such. Estimates describe a typical product of that type. They are not measurements of the item in your hand.
